- Overload Protection: If the load exceeds the predetermined weight limit, the car stackerwill activate a warning mechanism, alerting the operator to ensure the car being lifted is within the suitable weight range.
- Emergency Descent Valve: An easily accessible emergency decline valve is located outside the motor, allowing for quick and convenient lowering of the car stacker during emergency situations. This prioritizes safety and provides a reliable solution for prompt action.
- Hydraulic Cylinder with Anti-Explosion Proof Valve: The cylinders of our car stacker are equipped with anti-explosion proof valves. In case of damage to the hydraulic oil pipe, these valves prevent the oil from flowing back to the tank and effectively block the platform from descending, enhancing safety measures.
- Pump Station with Protective Case: The pump station of our car stackeris securely housed in a protective cabinet, safeguarding it against rain and sand. This protective enclosure ensures the longevity and reliable performance of the pump, even in challenging environmental conditions.investment.

- Emergency Stop: Each floor control panel and electric box are fitted with an emergency stop button, allowing for immediate cessation of the car stackers movement during emergencies.
- Final Limit Switch: To further enhance safety, we incorporate a final limit switch in addition to the standard top floor level limit switch. In the event of damage to the top floor level limit switch, the final limit switch will engage, stopping the car stackerfrom operating.
- Electric Parts: We utilize high-quality electric parts from trusted brands such as Omron and Schneider. Additionally, our system includes voltage protection, automatically shutting off the electric box if the voltage falls below or exceeds the preset range.
- Key Switch: A key switch is provided to cut off the power supply to the scissor car stacker. This feature allows authorized personnel to control access to the equipment and secure its operation.

Safety Instruction
- Maintenance Support Bar: Two maintenance support bars are positioned at the end of the scissor structure. These bars prevent the scissor structure from lowering when someone is underneath the platform, providing additional safety.
- Electric Toe Guard: The platform is surrounded by safety bars on all four sides. In the event of the lift descending and making contact with a barrier, the lift will immediately stop its downward movement, ensuring the safety of individuals and preventing accidents.
- Anti-Slip Platform Surface: The platform surface is constructed with an anti-skid steel plate, designed to prevent car tires from sliding during the lifting process. This feature enhances traction and ensures a secure grip for vehicles.
- Platform Rails: To safeguard vehicles during travel between floors, we have added 1.1m height rails to the platform. These rails provide additional protection and prevent cars from accidentally rolling off the lift.

- Only trained and authorized personnel should operate the equipment.
- The car stacker should not be used to lift people.
- Do not exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL) of the lift platform.
- Ensure that loads are centered on the car stacker's platform.
- If the load is mobile, secure it in a fixed position before operating the car stacker.
- Keep the entire load within the perimeter of the platform during car stacker's operation.
- Maintain clear areas beneath the platform and around thecar stacker’s perimeter while it is in motion.
- Never work under the car stacker without the maintenance device(s) in place.

- Turn the power switch to “ON” after inserting the key.
- Release the Emergency Stop Button on the power station and control boxes.
- Ensure all doors are closed before operating the Lift Platform.
- Press the UP Button to raise the StackerPlatform until it reaches the designated upper height.
- Press the DOWN Button to lower the Lift Platform until it reaches the designated lower height.
- Press the Emergency Stop Button in case of an emergency to halt the movement.
- In the event of control or power failure, open the Emergency Down Valve to lower the Stacker Platform to the parking position.
- Turn off the Stacker Platform by lowering it to the parking position and switching the power key to the “OFF” position.
